Ever since, the Telangana movement has taken its aggressive turn, no movies got any freedom to run safely in Telangana region, especially movies that belong to Chiranjeevi family, Nandamuri family and Mohan Babu family, which are the most affected ones. 'Aarya-2', 'Adurs', 'Saleem' and other movies had to face great damage in Telangana area due to the movement. The TRS party and OU JAC worked together for achieving this goal. Later on, it was heard many times that some of the producers had to give a good amount of money to the key persons of Telangana region to release their movies safely.
It seems this is for the first time; a serious reply has been received by OU JAC from Tollywood through Chiranjeevi and his party women leader Shobha Rani, complaining that the leaders of OU JAC demanded money from the exhibitors and producer as well. Without any evidence Chiranjeevi would not have attempted this daring step, and as per the sources, some of the exhibitors of 'Komaram Puli' recorded the voices of those student leaders who attempted to blackmail them, and the exhibitors did it as per the directions of PRP. We have to wait and see how this case proceeds.
