Few days ago we posted area wise listing of Brindavanam 50 Days Centers. The total number of Direct 50 Days Centers is 138. But it has been observed that in various other websites and film magazines, they are giving their own imaginary numbers.
As per one of the film magazines, which is popular for giving wrong statistics and producer given manipulated figures, Brindavanam ran 50 days in 158 centers. One website mentioned the number as 150. In some movie discussion boards they are giving various numbers like 179, 160 etc.
The reason for all these varying numbers is because of the way they are miscalculating it and also because some people are desperate to prove that the movie has run 50 days in more than 150 centers. In order to do that, they are taking shifted centers into consideration. But at any time, only the Direct centers should be taken into consideration not the shifted centers. If a theater takes a movie for screening on its 500th day, can we say the movie has run 500 days in 1 center? Obviously No. Right?
Brindavanam ran 50 days in 138 direct centers and if you see any other number greater than this, then that is pakka wrong information.
