If Rajamouli is being considered as the top director of Tollywood, Trivikram Srinivas is considered as one of the strong contenders. They both are entirely different in the way they choose their subjects and the way they narrate the story. But observers say that there is one similarity in both of them. They both are ultra perfectionists. They do not compromise for even single scene or even single shot if that does not come out as they expected.
While working for the movie, 'Rajanna', Rajamouli took three days for a single shot on Nagarjuna. Unit members did not understand why he was so particular about that shot. That was not even a lengthy shot and can be shot in less than an hour easily. Nagarjuna has all the patience that Rajamouli wanted from him and he was ready for any number of takes. Finally, on third day, it was Okayed and in the final movie, the shot really looked great.
On the other hand, Trivikram Srinivas also never gets compromised on his shots. He went for many re-takes while shooting for 'Khaleja'. Luckily, he got Mahesh Babu for that film, who usually likes to go for more number of re-takes. Unfortunately that movie did not fare well at the box office, despite many of the audiences liked the movie. Similarly, while shooting for Allu Arjun's movie, Trivikram is not getting compromised for any of the scenes or shots. Although, it is getting the shooting go on a slow pace, he is ready to extend the shoot until he is satisfied with the output. This is the reason, why the movie is expected to release not before Dasara.
