As age is catching up for Nagarjuna, he is taking wise decisions as far as his financial planning and business expansions are concerned. Recently, he has taken Rs.450 Crores of loan from State Bank of India. He is going to spend Rs.200 Crores in constructing a new studio in 7 acres of land in Annapurna studios and with the remaining Rs.250 Crores, he is constructing commercial complexes. Looks like a good long term investment plan. Meanwhile, four clerks from SBI became lucky fellows as Nagarjuna gifted them Rs.50 Lakhs each for helping him in getting the loan.
