Teja was the director, who introduced many talented artists to Tollywood film industry, like Uday Kiran, Nitin, Navadeep, Reema Sen, Sada, etc. He launched Uday Kiran a decade ago, with Chitram. It was a huge hit followed by another super hit, in this combo, Nuvvu Nenu and an average grosser like 'Ounannaa..Kaadhannaa'. This combination had a lot of craze among audience a few years ago.
At present both Teja and Uday Kiran are struggling with continuous flops. Teja's latest movie Neeku Naaku Dash Dash was an utter flop and Uday Kiran is seen nowhere in Tollywood nowadays.
According to film nagar buzz, Teja is planning to make a movie with Uday Kiran. Right now, Teja is planning to make a movie on AP politics titled 'Dongalu'. After this project, he would direct Uday Kiran. More details about this project will be revealed soon.
