It is known that NTR is acting in Badshah, under the direction of Srinu Vaitla. There were gossips that this film is a remake of the Bollywood hit 'Singh is King'. Rumours were spread in the film nagar, stating that NTR is playing the role of Akshay Kumar, in Telugu.
Now, the writers of Badshah, Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan clarified about the movie through the press. They claimed that Badshah is not at all a remake of any movie and it is an original script. They also mentioned that it is going to be an out and out action entertainer with Srinu Vaitla's mark comedy.
Kajal is the Heroine and NTR's new look in this movie has already been revealed. The shooting of Badshah is going on a brisk pace and the film will take place in the back ground of Italy.
